Our organization was downgraded from GitHub Team to Free due to a payment issue. We are now unable to upgrade back to Team because GitHub shows:

“Your account is currently locked from purchases. Please update your payment information.”

We have tried multiple payment cards and updated the billing information, but the same error persists.

We raised a GitHub Support ticket 48+ hours ago and have received no response. There is a critical deployment stuck because of this.

Can someone from GitHub team please respond ? We urgently need help resolving this.
