Hi everyone,

Hello,

I am trying to renew my education benefits and have encountered an issue that I have not experienced in previous renewals.

I have submitted my application three or four times, but it continues to be rejected because my academic affiliation document (certificate of employment) is said not to contain my name exactly as it appears on my GitHub profile and billing information.

However, I have reviewed the information carefully, and my name appears to be the same across all of these documents and account details.

Could you please review my application and advise me on how I can resolve this issue?

• does show that I'm a professor.
