Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

My application keeps getting automatically rejected by the automated system.

I am an active student in an official distance learning degree program (AUZEF) at Istanbul University. I have provided my official, dated student certificate in English issued directly via the Turkish Government portal (e-Devlet) with a valid verification link and QR code.

Since I am a distance learning student, my IP location does not match a physical campus, which triggers automated rejections. Furthermore, support ticket creation is disabled for application status queries.

Could a staff member or moderator please look into this or advise on how distance learning students with valid government certificates can complete verification?
