GitHub Education application blocked by outstanding discount request

Hi everyone,

Hello,
My previous GitHub Education applications were rejected, and my Education Benefits page shows both applications as rejected.

However, when I try to submit a new application, I receive this error:
“You have an outstanding discount request for “…-del.”

Since my previous applications are already rejected, I believe there may be an outstanding/duplicate discount request associated with my account that is preventing me from reapplying.

Could you please check my account and clear or resolve the outstanding request so I can submit a new GitHub Education application?
