Copilot Max – Session rate limit stuck for 2 days (no responses possible)

Hello,
I am currently on the Copilot Max plan and have been completely unable to use Copilot for the past two days.
Every prompt (including simple ones in Ask mode) returns the message:

“You've hit your session rate limit. Please wait 60 minutes for your limit to reset.”

This happens with all models, including Auto. I have not received a single response during this time.

I have already tried:

• Waiting well beyond the indicated reset time
• Switching models (including Auto)
• Signing out and back into GitHub in VS Code
• Restarting VS Code

Despite being on the highest individual plan (Max), the service has been completely unusable for two full days.

Could you please investigate whether my account has a stuck session/weekly rate limit and reset it as soon as possible?
