Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Community Managers and Staff,

I am writing to request assistance as I am completely stuck in an automated rejection loop while applying for the Student Developer Pack. My account username is @adithyasv07.

I have already double-checked my account configuration and confirmed that my GitHub Billing Profile and Public Profile names perfectly match my official university documents: "ADITHYA S V".

Despite having valid academic credentials, the automated verification system keeps rejecting my submissions due to the constraints of the live camera interface:

1. My official student ID card is double-sided (with required details split between the front and back), but the portal only permits a single camera capture.
2. My active enrollment proof is a digital document. Trying to capture a digital screen with a webcam introduces display distortions that cause the automated scanner to flag and reject the submission.

Since standard manual support tickets are currently closed for the Student Pack, I am reaching out through this community discussion. I have all my official, legal academic proofs readily available.

Could a staff member please look into my account or provide a secure channel where I can share my documents for a manual review?

It sounds frustrating to have a legitimate document rejected because the verification system can’t handle a double-sided student ID. Hopefully GitHub Education can provide an alternative verification option or allow students to submit both sides of the document. Clear guidance for cases like this would make the process much easier.
